Cafiesencia is in the process of developing this seal that certifies farms and lands as habitat for birds. This seal will evolve to become a valuation and marketing tool. This idea arises from a 2014 project called Cafeicanto.

As a prelude to the certification seal, in 2019 Cafiesencia, together with coffee growers, launched  limited coffee editions that highlighted the importance of bird habitat. The purpose of this launch was to demonstrate to other farmers and land custodians how they could use the bird habitat designation to enrich their packaging, their history and brand image and ignite passion from customers.
